Financial Supervisory Authority

Fund I:
Blockchain Fund K/S, CVR no. 42256005, registered as an AIF with the Financial Supervisory Authority under FT no. 24847

Manager
The manager of the funds is Komplementarselskabet Danish Ventures FAIF ApS, CVR no. 42244007, registered with the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet) as a FAIF under FT no. 23242.

The registration is in accordance with §9, para. 1 and §4, para. 1 of the Act on Managers of Alternative Investment Funds (FAIF-loven).

As a registered manager, the company is not subject to supervision by the Financial Supervisory Authority, except for monitoring threshold values in accordance with §6, para. 1, nos. 1-2 of the Act on Managers of Alternative Investment Funds and compliance with the PRIIP Regulation.

Fund II:
Blockchain Fund II K/S, CVR no. 43147390, registered as an AIF with the Financial Supervisory Authority under FT no. 25335

Distributor
The distributor of the funds is Aros Capital Fondsmæglerselskab A/S, CVR no. 40015876, approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority under FT no. 8331.

Sustanability
Blockchain Fund K/S and Blockchain Fund II K/S integrate at a minimum sustainability risks along with other relevant risk parameters into the investment process in accordance with Article 6 of the Regulation on Sustainability-Related Disclosures (EU) 2088/2019.
